Dr. Mercola has an awesome starter culture (Kinetic Culture) for fermenting, and a great video on the process, and proven to provide you with all the Vitamin K2 you need. 


Dried Liver Capsules

Grass-fed desiccated liver capsules are a great way to get all the benefits of eating liver, without the icky taste.  Vitamins A and B, iron, zinc, copper, protein, coQ10.  It’s like a multi-vitamin taking one of these!.  Perfect brand is what I use.



You want to use soil-based probiotics, because research is showing they hold up the best to stomach acid.   When they say “Dirt. It don’t hurt.” Well its a true story.  Dirt is actually pretty darn good for us and one of the best sources of probiotic.



Glutamine plays an awesome role in gut health and digestion as well as brain function.  It helps protect again mucosal breakdown in the gut.  I use Numedica in a powder form, because research shows that you want to slowly build up to 10 + grams a day if you are trying to heal a leaky gut.  



Grass-fed bovine colostrum is a rich source of IGG and PRP which supports the immune system and the intestinal tract.  I started with a powder form from Immune-Tree, and when I started taking less as I improved I moved to a chewable pill. Immune-tree has those as well.  But I also like Numedica’s GI-Restore chewable tablets


Gentle Sleep Complex

This was one of the first “sleep hacks” I tried that actually helped.  I love this formula from Shaklee.

I first got started with brainwave entrainment with Mind Movies which I still use daily.  I also love Brain.Fm for their complex simplicity.



The emWav2 from the HeartMath Institute is a unique training system helps you learn to build inner resilience and coherence (a state of poise and readiness) for effectively dealing with stressful feelings and whatever challenges come your way.  Practicing it 10-15 minutes a day can help you hack your stress.



Hacking your sleep is actually one of the easier things to do because their are A LOT of sleep hacks.  Some of my favorites include a sleep induction mat from Bulletproof’s accessories as well as reducing the blue light emitted from my computer screen at night time with f.lux.



I’ve been doing Good Morning/Good Evening Qigong for several months and it’s become a necessary amazing way to begin and end my day.  It super charges my energy and the more you do it, the more you connect with your energy field and it’s been a vital to my health.  I learned it through a video series by Satori.
